Test conditions for returnable products
Please note that our products may only be tested within normal limits . Outdoor use or excessive wear and tear may result in the product being considered used and not eligible for return.
Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories .
For a safe return, we recommend an insured shipping method with tracking .
Please understand that we cannot cover the return shipping costs .
Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you (who is not the delivery service) receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email to info@urbaq.shop . Our customer service team will contact you and provide you with the return address. It is sufficient if you send the cancellation notice before the expiry of the deadline .
Refusal to accept a package does not constitute a revocation.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments (excluding additional costs for special shipping methods) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to place the order.
📌 We reserve the right to make the refund only after receiving the returned goods or proof of their dispatch.
🚚 Return of goods:
The products must be returned to us within 14 days of notification of the return address. This deadline is considered met if the package is shipped before the 14-day deadline. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the goods are used or damaged beyond the normal level of inspection, we reserve the right to claim compensation .
General return instructions
📦 Please make sure that the goods:

✔️ A protective outer packaging for shipping is provided
📌 Returns without postage paid will not be accepted!
Discount conditions for returns
🔹 Volume discount
If you have benefited from a quantity discount (e.g. "buy 3, save 10%) and then return part of the order, the discount will no longer apply and will be deducted from the refund.
🔹 Bundle discounts
For discounted product bundles, the discount only applies if the complete set is kept.
If any part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount will be forfeited and any retained items will be charged at the regular price. This may result in a lower refund.
Important note on refusal of acceptance
Refusing to accept a package will not be considered a valid return. If the shipment is not returned to the correct return address, your cancellation will not be legally valid. Therefore, please send returns only to the specified address.
