Shipping conditions

As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be forwarded directly to our shipping center and will be ready for dispatch within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times are approximately 5-10 business days. In cases of very high demand, there may be a delay of a few days.

We currently deliver to addresses in the following countries : Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. Unfortunately, delivery to packing stations is not possible.

Shipping is free for you.

No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, your order may be shipped in partial deliveries unless otherwise agreed with you. The respective delivery times will then depend on the individual products.
